Does my Gift Card expire?
Your Gift Card is valid through the expiration date shown on the front of the card or until the value of the Gift Card reaches zero, except where prohibited or modified by applicable law. You can extend the life of your Gift Card by using it to purchase another one. Terms and conditions are applied to Gift Cards. See reverse side for details.
Can I get a refund or exchange my Gift Card?
Refunds and Exchanges are available for a fee by calling 1-877-888-9955. Please have your card number available. See reverse side of this document for balance transfer information.
How do I keep my Gift Card secure?
Sign the back of your card upon receipt. Record your Gift Card number on a separate piece of paper and keep it in a safe location in case the card is lost or stolen.
Are there fees associated with my Gift Card?
U.S. Bank may charge fees in certain circumstances. For further details regarding your Gift Card, read the Macerich Gift Card Agreement.
Using your Gift Card at a restaurant or salon?
Most restaurants and salons temporarily add approximately 20% to your bill to cover the tip. Make sure your balance can accommodate the additional 20% or your transaction will be declined.
Trying to make an on-line, mail or phone order purchase?
You will need to register your Gift Card at www.OneGreatGiftCard.com prior to making these types of purchases. See the reverse side for details.
Is my Gift Card a Debit Card?
While your Gift Card is a prepaid debit card, you must always press CREDIT when using a merchant keypad. The card will not work if you press DEBIT, because there is no Personal Identification Number (PIN) associated with the card. The word DEBIT on the front of the card indicates that the card may be used wherever VisaŽ debit cards are accepted.
Know your Balance
Most retailers CANNOT determine the balance of your Gift Card on their cash registers. If your balance is less than the purchase amount, your transaction will be declined, UNLESS you tell the cashier what your balance is and provide a second form of payment for the remainder of the purchase. Check your balance regularly at www.OneGreatGiftCard.com (Free); at Guest Services (Free); over the phone at 1-877-888-9955 (Fee may apply) or by tracking your purchases on your card carrier.
Returning a purchase made with your Gift Card?
Keep your Gift Card in case you need to return merchandise for credit. Merchandise return and refund policies vary by merchant. If a credit is issued to the cardholder, the credit may not be added to the available funds for up to seven business days. Check your balance regularly at www.OneGreatGiftCard.com to determine when your card has been credited for the return.
Buying GAS?
Always pay at the counter. Do not pay at the pump. Always pay inside and tell the operator how much you want taken from your card. When you pay at the pump $75 is automatically deducted from your card, until the actual transaction posts (typically within three days). If you have less than $75 on your card, your transaction will be declined at the pump.
